Morning folks,
Welcome to my newsletter. I write this as I prepare for my final practice round before the Bahrain Open. Not playing much golf these days as you know but I am hoping I can put together two decent rounds. The Bahrain Open is played on a desert course which has no grass on it at all, takes a bit of getting used to but the key thing is to try and keep it on the fairway as you get to use a mat from there.
Below are some pictures of the course. In one of the pictures you can see the putting surface which is swept after every game has played! Thank yourself lucky, Stan Cook.
The Winter Series starting sheet should now be on the board and I would ask everyone to put their name on this. Two shotgun starts, one at 8.00am and the other at 1.00pm.
